For example, a medium-sized pool measuring 4 x 8 metres can hold approximately 50,000 litres of water, which must be heated to 25º or 30º C. On the one hand, the temperature level is low, but on the other, the volume of water is considerable.

In this case, a 32 m2 solar absorber would provide a total of 11 400 kWh and more energy annually – from April to October, the average season for the use of outdoor swimming pools on the Costa Blanca. The water flows directly and without heat exchanger through tubes or panels. Our systems also have a very useful accessory, the solar controller SRC181ES, equipped with two temperature sensors and that automatically connects and disconnects the solar installation. Specifically, it turns on a circulation pump or switches a multi-way motor valve to the solar position, and disconnects the installation when the sun no longer supplies enough radiant heat or when the water has the desired temperature.
